Total Investment - 8000.
*Add on an additional hour for styled detail photos in the morning for an extra $800
12:30pm Dana arrives at girls getting ready location to photograph tail end of girls getting ready*
1pm Bride gets into her gown; girls get dressed
1:30pm Girls head to Harbourtown Clubhouse for photos
2pm Bride, bridesmaids + bride's immediate family photos taken by Dana at Harbourtown Clubhouse; guys arrive to get ready in the locker room
2:45pm Groom, groomsmen + groom's immediate family photos taken by Dana at Harbourtown Clubhouse
3:30pm Everyone tucked away; guests begin to arrive; Dana to photograph ceremony details at this time
4pm Ceremony
4:40pm Dana to photograph combined family, combined wedding party, and bride/groom portraits at this time (sunset 5:20pm)
5pm Cocktail hour begins; Dana to photograph reception space once all formal photos are finished, then heads to cocktail hour
6:30pm Reception begins
10:30pm Formal exit
*Option to add on an additional hour for styled detail photos, if desired; I'd arrive at 11:30am instead of 12:30pm

As part of the process, I will put together a tentative photo timeline that is based on the wedding day experience you want to have. Once it's completed, please feel free to share this with your wedding planner so that they are able to incorporate our photo timeline into their master timeline.
TENTATIVE PHOTO TIMELINE
If this proposal looks good and you're ready to book, please let me know. I will send over your contract, as well as an invoice for your retainer - which is 50% of your total investment. Once I receive the signed contract + retainer, you will be officially on the books!
